Terms of service

Light This House is a tool for lighting installers. You type an address or upload a photo of a house, and we produce an illustrative preview image with holiday lights added. These terms are short on purpose.

What you are buying

Credits. One credit is spent each time you run an address or upload a photo. Credits are sold in packs and do not expire. Credits from a pack you have not used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.

Money-back guarantee

Run an address through ChatGPT, then through Light This House. If Light This House does not beat your own prompts and save you real time, email brett@yellowbirdcompany.com and we refund what you paid. No questions asked. Credits are also refunded automatically when an address cannot be found, Street View has no usable photo of the house, or our renders fail.

What the previews are

Previews are generated illustrations, not photographs of installed work. They can contain small differences from the real house. Check a preview before you send it to a customer, and do not present it as a photo of completed work.

Your use

Use Light This House for your own quoting. Do not use it to produce images of properties you have no business reason to quote, and do not resell access. We can close accounts that abuse the service.

Street imagery

Street-level photos come from Google Street View under Google's terms. Keep their attribution if you reuse the source frame.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 90 days.
